WFM’s Two Head Auger filling machine is precise and is built on a sturdy welded MS frame that is completely enclosed in stainless steel sheets and doors to facilitate the servicing of machine. The machine functions on the principle of Augur filling. The container is kept below the filling nozzle on a podium of the machine that leads to filling. The bottle guide goes with the center of the container, right under the filling for accurate applications. The powder hopper feeds powder to the Augur assembly where it is in a continuous process of being dosed along with the rotating Augur positioned under the container. Once filled, the container is emptied and replaced with another bottle.
