Slat Conveyor

WFM’s WFMLR-3001 is an automatic vertical sticker labeling machine is used for partial wrap around labeling on different sized round containers with low and medium speeds. This is a fully automated labeling machine that is manufactured with high-grade stainless steel and has a matte finish. The automatic machine is integrated with a PLC board that facilitates higher production speed.

 

The labeling machine is equipped with two label roll mounting devices and has very less change over parts, thus ensuring very low downtimes for change over and maintenance. The machine capable of batch labeling as well and is designed in compliance with current good manufacturing practices (GMP) – an international standard for machinery design. The machine has various optional attachments that can be used to increase the functionality.

WFM’s Slat Conveyor is built on a heavy-duty MS square-frame structure with SS 304 cladding, providing superior strength, hygiene, and long-lasting corrosion resistance. It is specially designed for smooth and continuous movement of containers in automatic filling and packaging lines.

The conveyor is powered by a precision reduction gearbox and motor arrangement that ensures jerk-free, noiseless, and uniform container transfer. High-quality slats provide stable support for containers, while solid SS side guide rails maintain accurate alignment and prevent tipping or jamming during operation.

The Slat Conveyor is ideal for transferring containers between machines, accumulating products, creating buffer zones, and maintaining perfect synchronization across the production line. Its robust design makes it suitable for handling heavy or unstable containers with ease.

Containers can be loaded manually or received from upstream machines and are conveyed smoothly to the next processing stage, improving productivity, reducing manual handling, and ensuring uninterrupted line operation.
