As bottles move along the conveyor, they are guided into the star wheel, which precisely positions each container under the sealing head while moving from left to right. During this process, caps are automatically fed through the delivery chute and placed onto the bottles.

The container body and neck are firmly held beneath the rotating sealing head, where the threading and sealing operations are performed with high accuracy, ensuring a secure and tamper-evident seal.
