WFM’s Automatic Silica Gel Inserting Machine is used for the automatic insertion of silica gel desiccant sachets into bottles and containers before capping. The machine ensures accurate placement of desiccant sachets and is suitable for continuous operation in pharmaceutical, food, nutraceutical and cosmetic production lines.

The machine is manufactured using high-grade stainless steel with matte finish. It is a fully automatic system integrated with a PLC control panel to ensure synchronized operation with the production line and consistent sachet insertion at high speeds.

The machine is designed with very less changeover parts which results in minimum downtime during size change and maintenance. It is capable of continuous as well as batch operation and is manufactured in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

The machine includes a sachet magazine, feeding mechanism, cutting unit (for continuous strip sachets), insertion nozzle and reject system. Various optional attachments can be provided to accommodate different sachet sizes and bottle diameters.
