WFM’s Automatic Fluorescein Sodium Ophthalmic Strip Machine is used for the fully automatic manufacturing of fluorescein sodium ophthalmic diagnostic strips with precise coating, uniform drug loading and accurate cutting. The machine is suitable for continuous operation in pharmaceutical production facilities.

The machine is manufactured using high-grade stainless steel with matte finish. It is a fully automatic system integrated with a PLC control panel that ensures consistent coating thickness, accurate drying control and stable production speed.

The machine is designed with minimum changeover parts, resulting in very low downtime during size change and maintenance. It is capable of continuous as well as batch operation and is manufactured in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

The system includes automatic paper feeding, coating unit, drying tunnel, precision cutting unit and automatic collection unit. Various optional attachments can be provided to increase productivity and accommodate different strip sizes and formulations.
